A very good day...
So I ended up coming down on Tuesday to play in the WPT Niagara. I played a satellite on Tuesday night and ended up heads up with Barry Greenstein for a seat. Unfortunately I lost that and ended up buying in direct. So today we started and the structure was ridiculously good. We started with 20k chips and 25/25 blinds, so we started with 800 big blinds (compared to 200 at the wsop). Anyways, it's late and I'm pretty tired so long story short, things went very very well and I finished the day with a little over 144,000, good for top 5 or so in chips. Highlights included having AA against KK and flopping top set vs the chip leader's middle set...but there are a fair number of interesting hands too I'll probably post tomorrow.
Steve
